Jeroen Zijlstra
Jeroen Zijlstra is a Dutch singer, songwriter, composer and trumpeter. He is born in 1958, Oosterland, Wieringen. Since 1999 Jeroen Zijlstra is singer, songwriter and trumpeter of the band Zijlstra. The other members of Zijlstra are Rutger Molenkamp (saxophone, vocals) Ed Boekee (keyboard, vocals), Edwin Wieringa (bass) and Nout IngenHousz (drums vocals). In 2002 Zijlstra won the Annie MG Schmidt prize with the song ‘Durgerdam slaapt’.
